CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING
For Custom Orders please allow 10 - 30 business days for shipping, after payment was successfully processed. For time sensitive orders and urgent requests please contact us with details of request. Expedite shipping fees may be added for urgent orders. Items that are made per customer's own specific design may require approval within 3 days of order.
All items in stock excluding custom orders are shipped within 1 - 3 working days of payment, unless otherwise is specified.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All items are subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed. All prices are subject to change without notification. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Occasionally while buying online there might be a need to change the size, color or even the item itself, be assured that we will be glad to assist you.
Note that it is normal that handmade jewelry have some small irregularities - no two items are identical which makes handmade jewelry unique.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from receiving the shipment.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please note, used or worn merchandise will not be accepted for returns. Refunds will be made upon receipt on the merchandise.
* Note that it's possible to change or return the item without any cancellation fee by receiving a voucher for your next purchase.
* Should you choose to return the item and get a refund, there will be a 5% cancellation fee + Shipping costs from the original receipt when bought online.
WARRANTY & REPAIR PROCEDURE
We Provide warranty for our handmade jewelry. We guarantee the quality of all of our jewelry products. If anything is defective upon receiving the item, or if the item should fail in anyway within one year we will replace it or repair it free of charge. You will be responsible only for the shipping costs.
Please be mindful of cleaning and care instructions to ensure that your jewelry lasts for a very long time.
Please contact us for returns, exchange or store credit. You will be responsible for the any shipping costs associated with shipping a non-defective return item.
